_A Remembrancer's Report: The Aeternum Sector - 005.M31_ This is Remembrancer Patrick Stella. The darkness that fell with the Ruinstorm has not lifted. If anything, it has grown worse. What began as an unsettling absence of stars has evolved into something that defies explanation, even from my position of relative safety within one of Finitum's higher spires. PICTURE The past week has brought disturbing reports from all corners of the Stage. Vox transmissions speak of entire squads going missing in the darkness, only to be found later speaking in tongues or having turned against their brothers. The Night Lords, particularly the Umbral Kings, seem to have taken a savage joy in this new environment. Their terror tactics have become unnaturally effective, as if the darkness itself conspires with them. [[S1 Session 6 Scores and Results|Technical Notes]] 1. **Northwestern Stage:** A traitor force of Iron Hands and their dark Mechanicum allies launched an assault against Ultramarines holding a vital monitoring station. Though their initial attack was coordinated, the Ultramarines defense proved resilient. The tide turned when a loyalist Contemptor Dreadnought managed to engage and destroy the Traitor Warlord. Despite the support of their dark Mechanicum allies, the remaining Iron Hands withdrew, giving the Ultramarines a hard-fought victory. > [!Note] PICT CAPTURE ![[Table 1.jpeg]] ![[Table 1 (1).jpeg]] ![[Table 1 (2).jpeg]] 2. **Eastern Ruins:** The Umbral Kings met a force of Death Guard loyal to Terra among the ruins. Though the Death Guard held their ground with characteristic resilience, the cost was high. Their Praetor fell in a devastating crossfire between a Deredeo Dreadnought and a Moritat, yet his sacrifice was not in vain - his forces maintained their position and claimed victory despite the Night Lords' mastery of darkness. > [!Note] PICT CAPTURE ![[Table 2.jpeg]] ![[Table 2 (2).jpeg]] ![[Table 2 (1).jpeg]] 3. **Southern Manufacturing District:** Magos Deozz and the Taghmata Pariah defended their holdings against Sons of Horus raiders with characteristic mechanical efficiency. While the traitors' Master of Signals displayed remarkable martial prowess, it wasn't enough to overcome the coordinated defense of the Loyal Scions of Mars. Though Magos Deozz once again sustained damage, the manufactorum remained firmly in loyalist hands. > [!Note] PICT CAPTURE ![[Table 3.jpeg]] ![[Table 3 (1).jpeg]] ![[Table 3 1.jpeg]] 4. **Central Stage:** A high-speed engagement between the Umbral Kings and White Scars turned the parade grounds into a deadly race track. Despite occasional losses to the treacherous terrain, White Scar jetbikes proved devastatingly effective. The battle reached its crescendo when precision multi-melta fire eliminated the entire Night Lord command section - Praetor, Champion, and Librarian falling in rapid succession. The remaining traitor forces scattered into the darkness. > [!Note] PICT CAPTURE ![[Table 4.jpeg]] ![[Table 4 (1).jpeg]] ![[Table 4 (2).jpeg]] The Stage remains shrouded in darkness, but these victories have kindled something that was beginning to fade - hope. While the Ruinstorm continues to plague us, the forces loyal to the Emperor have proven they can overcome both the supernatural darkness and those who would use it against them. Perhaps there is still a path forward through this eternal night. Until next time. Patrick Stella - Remembrancer #season1 #session6 #Fragments #rr
